yotoplay ships only to valid addresses within the United States.

Free Standard Shipping

Every U.S. order receives free standard shipping. We do not offer international delivery under this policy.

Processing and Transit

Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days. After shipment, standard transit is normally 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Severe weather, carrier disruption, address problems, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided after the carrier accepts the shipment. Customers are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address and monitoring tracking updates.

Cancellation, Taxes, and Delivery Problems

An order may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Sales tax and similar charges are collected when required by applicable law.
