This Payment Policy applies to purchases from yotoplay. All store prices and checkout charges are presented in USD unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

About Credit/Debit Card

Checkout may accept eligible credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Availability may vary by device, card issuer, billing address, and the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Authorization and Security

Shopify and authorized payment providers securely transmit and process payment information. yotoplay does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. Your issuer may place a temporary authorization hold, request verification, apply currency or account fees, approve, or decline a transaction under its own rules.

Charges, Taxes, Refunds, and Failed Payments

The final checkout total includes the product price and taxes required by applicable law; standard U.S. shipping is free. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and generally post within 5–10 business days after processing. If payment fails, confirm billing details or contact the card issuer before trying again. Do not repeatedly submit an order while an authorization remains pending.
