Where do you ship?
We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every order, and tracking is provided after shipment.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days and then spend approximately 4–6 business days in transit.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, if the order has not shipped. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.
What is the return and exchange period?
Eligible purchases may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 calendar days after delivery. yotoplay pays return shipping for no-reason and quality-related returns.
What cannot be returned?
Customized goods, clearance or final-sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are not returnable, subject to applicable law and defect rights.
When will a refund appear?
After an approved refund is processed, banks and card issuers generally post it within 5–10 business days.
